Making Memories With Fashion 2

As any high school student will tell you, your fashion is very important when it comes to what others think of you. Now maybe that isn’t the way it should be, but the idea that, “the clothes make the man,” (or woman, in our case) is simply, quite often, the truth. We don’t like to think that we are remembered by what we wear, but our fashion style can be something that sticks in people’s minds. So what are we to do? Clothing, and how we wear it, is a chance to capture every moment and turn it into a celebration of life and fashion. It is our opportunity to invite attention and make a mark on people’s memories. And it is our chance to leave a lasting impression on everyone from the president of our firm to our neighbor who lives down the block.

While we all know those people who live in black from Monday to Sunday, we definitely remember the woman in the sequined blue shoes, or the guy who picks us up for a first date in a pink dress shirt! Though they might not be nominated for US Weekly’s Best Dressed list, they are unforgettable in the same way. Surely the best example of clothing being a very important part of the equation is the billion-dollar wedding industry. Probably nothing is more important than the bridal gown. (Well, except for the happy couple, of course!) The dress every woman has dreamed of since she was a little girl. Not to mention the bridesmaids’ gowns and the flower girl’s dress. Even the tuxes become a crash course in men’s fashion. All of the fabulous styles and colors to choose from. Don’t be afraid to bring out your own personal sense of style.

And surely there are other life events we celebrate with clothing: our prom, first dates, job interviews, and New Year’s Eve parties. How often have you looked back at old pictures, and the first thing we notice is the styles of the day – Uncle Sal’s mint green leisure suit from the ’70′s or your own cowboy boots and gauchos from 1985. Clothing marks more than generations and styles, it marks our lives and special times. It speaks about ideals, aspirations, and a way of life in a particular point in time.

So why don’t we mark everyday occasions with the same planning and joy? And how do we create that atmosphere of “special” times? How do we sew those moments into the fabric of our lives? Why not mark every occasion – even a Saturday matinee with a fun pair of shoes or even a second-hand scarf. Why not mark our everyday life with as many precious moments and mint green leisure suites whenever possible? Well maybe not the green leisure suit but maybe a pair of green pumps with a matching tote.

Take a daring plus size fashion risk and start off the New Year with bright silk ribbons and blue checkered socks. Make this a day to look back on and remember!

How to dress boho chic with the clothes i already have in the winter? 1

i have a few v necks, a few normal shirts, some flowy shirts with flower prints, sweater dresses, skinny and bootcut jeans,legging, high waisted skirts,plaid shirts,tankstops and camis, cardigans,a loose mens vest, and sweater turtle necks. 10 points.

i also have long neckalaces , alott of belts ,a ruffle wool scarf and other printed scarfs and my summer dresses with large prints

New Guys Fashion Dilemia….Need a proper opinon About this Style? 3

Okay so im starting college this comeing week. and who doesnt like to look good? Well this year i plan to switch from atheletic look to a more casual laid back guy look.
I have found that men blazer jackets go very well with sweaters. and a dress shirt.
but what type of pants are you to wear when you wear a blazer jacket? do you wear dress pants or jeans?
and what type of shoes do you wear?
Im having so much trouble putting my fashion style together this year.
Here is my ideal look of a blazer with sweater and shirt. But pants? And shoes? What about a scarf?

With fashion you want to stand out..Well thats me personally…If its preppy then it doesnt matter to me.
And its a private college…Its no public college where every loser can get in..

For this causal dress look that you are trying to achieve I would do denim jeans the darker the dressier.For example if your wearing the blazer with a sweater or a dressy button up shirt I would do a denim in a dark wash. You could also pair your blazer with a graphic tee under and then you would pair that with a denim in a med. to light wash. Then you could Accessorize it with a solid scarf for interest and color.Shoes! For the dressier look you could do a dress shoe in black or brown you could also do a nice black sneaker like a sportswear shoe by lacoste that would also work with your more casual graphic tee look or some chucks by converse. I lost a suitcase on a short direct flight from Athens to Cairo on August 28th, 2009. It was sent as cargo wit?
h other boxes and bags. The number for all of my cargo was : 077-3485 2661 and there were a total of 5 bags and 30 boxes. Olympic Airlines was responsible for the cargo although I paid to Egyptair, athens. It has now been 3 months, and there is no trace. I was told that a claim was put onto the "airports system". The bag is a big, black, fabric suitcase. On its handle there is a light blue ribbon and the bag was wrapped in plastic. There was a paper stuck under the wrapping which read my personal details. The contents of the bag was lady’s suits (each in a Lord and Taylor’s bag), one navy blue mens coat, a white scarves box, scarves, tops, a blood pressure monitor, blood sugar monitor and a small Arabic bible in a green box. The reward for finding the bag is well worth your efforts, so please help me find it and provide me with how to find it!

If your flight was booked with Egyptair it’s them you should contact, no matter who was the operating carrier. You have a contract with Egyptair that they should deliver your suitcase to Athens.

If the suitcase is missing, they have some weeks (can’t remember the exact deadline) before they must pay you compensation. You should also check if you have any other insurances that might cover the loss of a suitcase. Maybe you paid with a credit card? Sometimes they have "built-in" travel insurance.
