How Real Women Can Dress Sexy For Clubbing - 7 Tips 0
Mar 30, 2010 | Scarf Accessories
Not all women have a slim figure (like the self-confessed vain-glorious me) but everybody has the right to party! You may not have the stick-thin model look, but sexiness is all about attitude. Here are few tips to real women who want to look fabulous when they hit the club!
1. Go with the right stiletto
Choose the right trendy heels you’d be comfortable wearing all throughout the night. Never try too hard wearing 4-inch heels. Some women choose very annoyingly high heels and they complain about suffering from sore feet. How can you dance the night away if your shoes won’t permit you? But flats are not appropriate for clubbing, so go for something in between.
2. Don’t compromise comfort for style
You may be doning the hottest piece of dress, but if you look awkwardly uncomfortable in them, you’d end up being “Miss Pathetic of the Night”. If you borrowed it from a friend, make sure it fits you.
Moreover, secure your undies in place. At parties, it’s really disgusting to see girls who keeps on fixing their bra straps while dancing. Choose a strapless bra instead but if you’re afraid that they will fall off, wear a clear bra strap. Do not ever consider wearing nipple covers or nippits when you don’t have perky breasts.
3. Sexy not Slutty!
Sexy does not imply that you have to bare it all and not leave something to the imagination. When wearing a top which shows your most coveted cleavage, don’t pair it with something which almost displays your undies. Going out in a piece of clothing which is see-through all over is not highly recommended. Also, if you are not a Playboy cover girl, avoid the whore-style ultra-fitted black leather pants.
4. Highlight your best feature (and cover in disguise what you don’t like)
Yes, if you have it, flaunt it. If you have nice pair of legs, wear something that will draw attention to them. Note: Highlight only one feature at a time. If you emphasize everything, the looker will be so confused.
For heavy girls, wear something darker to create an illusion of a smaller body. Don’t wear something tight, it will emphasize your curves at the wrong places. Know your body type and dress according to it.
5. Keep yourself updated with the trends
I don’t advise that we worship the trends and make those beauty magazines your bible, but at least be up-to-date. Do not wear a dress which will make you look like you just stepped out from another era. (Tip: Stop borrowing you Mom’s clothes, unless she’s a fashion guru).
6. Play with accessories
Accessorize but do not be too happy wearing your accessories all at once. Bring attention to one key accessory and be more subtle on the others. If you choose to focus on the must-have necklace. Stay simple on the bracelets, scarf etc. Try to stay sophisticated and classy. Your hand bag and shoes does not have to be of the same color.
7. Don’t be afraid to experiment and show your own style
It’s better to be a trendsetter than just copying other people’s style. Be unique. When you are at a club, expect that 101% of the girls there exerted an effort to pull the look they have tonight. Don’t let yourself be one of the unknown faces in the crowd. Add spice to the common style and stand out.
When you go out with your girls, you do not have to be a copycat of each other. Your get-up does not have to be coordinated with your friends’ style. Don’t go out like you are some kind of a Pussy Cat dolls or Spice girls about to perform.

Hair Care Tips for Summer and Winter 5
Mar 10, 2010 | Scarf Accessories
The process for caring hair for different season is different. No two season follows the same hair treatment other than the basic treat like shampooing, conditioning and brushing and this is due to the changes in temperature and difference in humidity level in the atmosphere. So the most exposed part of our body is our hair and skin of our face that is subjected to these changes and requires special attention and care so as to combat the atmospheric changes. Here we are going to discuss on the hair care tips for summer and winter season to keep the natural luster of our hair intact.
Hair Care Tips For Summer-
During the summer hair seems to dry out due to high temperature and harmful sunrays and so to prevent our hair from drying then need to condition our hair. It is important that you apply conditioner after every hair wash or whenever you wet your hair and that will restore the moisture in your hair thus maintaining the same luster and glow in your hair and keeping it healthy. If your hair are colored, then excessive exposure to sunrays on the hair may fade the hair color so you can spray leave-in conditioner with sunscreen to protect your hair from the losing the hair color. You must also look into not toshampoo your hair regularly as it will misbalance the natural oil in your hair that act as natural moisturizers keeping your hair soft. It is important that you avoid using hair blower to dry every day. Let it air dry. Remember to wash your hair with tap water after swimming to remove chlorine and salt contents from your hair. Use those stylish hair accessories that arewithout metal closures, barrettes with smooth edges, etc. to protect your hair from any kind of damage. And remember to tie a scarf on your hair when it is windy to avoid tangles, knots and breakage of your hair.
Hair Care Tips For Winter-
A hair care tip that is to be followed during the winter months is different from that of summer. During this time if you can apply hair pack then you are going to really benefit from it. Strawberry winter pack that is made out of
one cup crushed strawberries, half cup crushed rosemary, and one-tablespoon vinegar. These ingredients are mixed in a bowl and is applied to your hair and is covered with a plastic wrap and then it is left to dry either sitting under the sun or using a blow dry for about 20 minutes and then the hair is washed with a good shampoo and finish it a good conditioner.Even people who color their hair can also use this pack. You can also use ready made hair packs that are readily available in the market. Besides this ensure that your hair is not wet when going out as there are chances that your hair may freeze resulting tobreaking of hair. You need to wear a cap or tie a scarf to avoid the cold wind but ensure that you do not tie the scarf tootight as it may stop circulation in scalp. Always remember to moisturize your hair and wash your hair with cold hair.Minimum use of hot rollers is recommendable. Apply a leave-in moisturizer before applying hot styling equipments.
Hair care treatment if followed throughout the year in a proper way will surely keep your hair healthy, soft and silky andshiny. But you need to be persistent.

What accessories would go with this shirt? 5
Feb 23, 2010 | Scarf AccessoriesI don’t really like to wear necklaces or bracelets. I like earrings but only the stud ones.
(blue)http://www.forever21.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=FOREVER21&category%5Fname=fashion%5Fsweaters&product%5Fid=2052377622&Page=2#
1. Sneakers or flats ?
2. Would diamond earrings fit with it ?
3. Would a scarf go with it ? What color?
Thanks to everyone who answers ;D
That’s so cute! I think flats would go with it, maybe a brown shade of flats.
Diamond earrings (or an imitation of a diamond) is a great match for the top.
A good scarf color would be gray or white, maybe with designs, including beige or yellow too! :]
How can I organize my clothing accessories? 3
Feb 20, 2010 | Scarf AccessoriesSpecifically, my scarves, necklaces and purses. I have a purse hanger thing that is basically a 5 ft. long pole that purses hang on. It is okay, but can’t hold the smaller bags very well. My bags always lose shape and topple over on the shelf. I have a lot of scarves but they are kind of all over the place. My necklaces are on the longer side and don’t really fit in my jewelry box. Any ideas would be great! I am working with a small closet and it is just untidy and out of control.
I actually just wrote an article on closet organization, so maybe I can help!
Scarves: Try a scarf hanger. It hangs in your closet with your other clothes hangers, but it has little holes in it to thread scarves through. Scarf hangers hold about 10 scarves and only take up as much space as a standard clothes hanger. If you can’t find one, you can create a makeshift one by loosely tieing your scarves onto a regular clothes hanger.
Necklaces: Use a mug tree. A mug tree is a little tabletop stand with short poles sticking out of it that you hang coffee mugs on. You can place a mug tree on your dresser, nightstand or anywhere else you have a little space and hang your necklaces on it. Mug trees work great for long necklaces; they have more room to hang than they do in most jewelry boxes.
Purses: I recommend putting stick up metal hooks (command makes some, they hold a ton of weight but don’t require nails or anything) on the inside of your closet door. Then hang your purses on the hooks. If you have more purses than will fit on your door, hang the purses that you use the most on the hooks and then store the others in plastic boxes stacked on the floor in your closet (or under the bed).
Hope this helps! Check out my article for more closet organization ideas!

Importance of Fashion Accessories 3
Feb 17, 2010 | Scarf AccessoriesMen, have you ever worn a scarf as a fashion accessory? 21
Feb 14, 2010 | Scarf AccessoriesDid it make you want to break out the Aqua Velva?
Where I come from, men don’t wear scarves. I do wear ear muffs however, and I suffer daily ridicule over it.
Outfits and Accessories need help I’m clueless!? 5
Feb 11, 2010 | Scarf AccessoriesI have been at school for a while and have realized I’m on a rotation of of clothes since it’s gotten colder!
I’m rubbish at putting things together especially accessories! Are there any essential fashion items that I should have? Tops and accessories like scarves and stuff are most important!
Even any websites I can have a look at to give me some ideas!
thank you!
Basic nude clothes are your friend: grey or chocolate jeans, grey tops, black sweaters, dark blue jeans (they look classy), belts, and some flats. Those are a MUST. If you really like a color and you think it looks good on you, eg. blue, then incorporate it in your outfit.
Wear grey jeans, blue top (graphic or non depending on your activity: graphic if movies or such, blouse if a luncheon), a cute accessories such as sunglasses

Also looklet.com is a good place to put together outfits, even though they are by ‘fancy’ designers - it will help you recognize what looks good and what is a royal flop.
Good luck :]
