It all depends on wat you are going for. If you are going for that boho look it would seem cute. Maybe even a headband instead of a scarf.

Is is worth it 30 bucks? is it cute? should i buy it? if yes, what can i wear ir with?

If you have to ask if it’s worth $30.- and what you’d wear it with, I’d say it’s not worth the money. If you want to see if you’ll wear scarves like that, go to a second-hand shop or thrift shop and buy one or two that you like. Or, go to a fabric shop and get a yard of nice fabric to make one. Then, see what you’d use it with in your own current wardrobe. See if you’ll really wear a scarf. And put aside a few dollars a week while you’re trying them out. You can later use that money for a scarf or use it for something else.
If you find after a couple or three months that you really do use them, then go scarf shopping. Find one or two that will really go with your wardrobe. Even if one of them costs $30.- or so, you’ll know then that it is worth it because you really will use it and know what you’ll wear with it.

I know some people are really good at looking at a garment and figuring out the pattern for it. I found this neck warmer on a website that I would really like to make. I know a little bit of crochet. I don’t know if it’s a knitting or crochet pattern. Can anyone help me out please? Thank you.

It is all made with a very heavy yarn and all done in single crochet. Made in 12 rows. I don’t know how many chains you have to make to start it but take a measurement of your neck to get an idea of how you want it to look. Crochet 6 row in sc and make a moon shape ending on one end and in this end make a button hole. Attach the yarn and make the second 6 rows to match and you have it. This is the best I could read out of it and e-mail me if you have any questions.
