Is there a fashionable alternative to wearing scarves around your face in very cold weather?

Like when it gets down below -20C on windy days, I end up wearing a scarf around my face because the frostbite is nasty. My style is very vintage. I wear dresses year-round (with heavy wool stockings and tights in cold weather).

i think your out of luck unless you’re into ski masks, neck warmers, or coats that go up really high

Is covering your face a sign of insecurity?

    Scarves are incredibly chic. Maybe find some that fit your style? You could also try circle scarves like those at American Apparel. Or just save the money and make your own.
